Spot me!

Spot me!- transparent spots, textured spots, colourful spots, sexy spots, layered spots.

This coming season spots are making a comeback. They are sexier, edgier and have no limits.

Tips:

• Before buying new clothes re-invent your old polka dot favourites- everyone has them.
• Be brave!!! Wear different coloured spots together in one outfit.
• Add transparent spots to any outfit for an edgier twist.

Trend Time

 I’m holding onto summer with dear life! However a recent trip to the shops and a glance at the autumn/ winter collections and I’m left with the feeling of guilt each time I plan winter outfits in my head. In turn my solution is to use this time to share trends and ideas for the season to come...I will be posting different trends and winter fashion fun during the course of the week!! The first trend is the Sophisticated Female!

Tips:

• Try knee-length skirts with fun heels to keep young and modern.
• Make cardigans your best friend.
• Wear glitter during the day with a collar, in the form of a shirt or blazer.
• Consider experimenting with wearing fur in new ways, like the Miu Miu waist piece.
• Throw a shawl over your jacket for modern layering.
• There are no rules when it comes to colour or prints, just bring on the sophisticated attitude!!

Chains and Rings Excite Me!

This is a collection of jewellery I designed and created. The rings are made with steel wire with semi-precious stones and beads. Leather string with semi-precious stones were used to make the bracelets. I love how every piece works as a stand alone accessory as well as packed together creating an explosion of colour.

 

Feeding into a Myth- The Upper Arm Bracelet

The upper arm bracelet has stood the test of time. There is something very sensual about it .... a woman wearing it gives off the impression of a woman that knows what she wants. It is an accessory like no other. Tip:

• Wear with confidence.
• Wear it with a draped or pastel garment to create a more feminine appeal.
• Wear a snake version to toughen up any outfit with a twist.
